Study In Africa is an online platform that serves students looking for study abroad options, for African students’ recruiters and for the promotion of educational programs. Studyafrica process User Content to match students and educational programs based on their compatibility.

For all student users of Study In Africa, the registration, the maintenance and the termination of his/her account is free of charge.

Study In Africa is a free service for students. Students don't have to pay for any service offered by Study In Africa, all features offered by Study In Africa are also free of charge. However, costs may occur to students when applying to institutions that charges application fee, which Study In Africa is not responsible for.

For recruiters of international student, Study In Africa serves as a student recruitment tool, a lead management system, a social network and a Customer-Relationship-Management System. Study In Africa Users who are student recruiters will need to either sign up for the FREE package or a paid one depending on the level they want to engage with the platform. Study In Africa constantly adds and modifies services, which may results in additional terms of use. Study In Africa reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be made visible in this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

The Use of Study In Africa is restricted to students, parents of students looking for study abroad options and for people working in the field of education and offering study abroad services, such as educational institutions of all kinds and levels, educational advisors and agencies, professors, governmental agencies and organizations with the purpose of promoting education.

3. For students and parents

There is no age limitation to use Study In Africa services. The use of Study In Africa is free of charge.

4. For educational providers (institutions, agencies, advisors, professors, organisations, governmental agencies)

The use of Study In Africa is open to any of the above-mentioned educational providers and agencies working in the field of education, as long as they are accredited. Study In Africa determines which accreditations are accepted on StudyAfrica.org. Study In Africa Users must be accurate and legitimate with the information they provide. Agencies must provide references. Study In Africa reserves the right to check on references and to decline or delete registrations made on StudyAfrica.org with or without prior notice and without liability.

5. Use of Study In Africa Content

Study In Africa authorises its users to view and access the content available on StudyAfrica.org and to network with other users on StudyAfrica.org. Students and parents of students looking for study abroad options are only allowed to use this information for private use. For users in the professional educational field, Study In Africa authorizes them to use its content only for professional use. The content of StudyAfrica.org and of all other websites under Studyafrica's control and its software are protected under international copyright, trademark and relevant laws. It is prohibited to duplicate, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any User Content appearing on or through Study In Africa.

6. Study In Africa Site Restrictions

Users on Study In Africa may not create more than one account unless discussed and granted by Study In Africa. Multiple accounts may be deleted with or without prior notice. Agencies, institutions and organizations working professionally in the field of education may be detained to use Study In Africa and its services, if Study In Africa doubts their reliability or accreditation and reserves the right to remove accounts in the above-mentioned case with or without prior notice.

Users are not allowed to use Study In Africa in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material, including Study In Africa Content: (a) in violation of the law, (b) in any way that would violate the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to trademarks and copyrights) of others or infringe the personal rights, publicity, or privacy of others, or (c) that is abusive or inappropriate, or ill-willed.

It is also prohibited for Users to violate the security of Study In Africa via any of the following: (a) accessing data other than that which belongs to the User, (b) logging into a server or account that the User is not authorized to access. (Users must create an account that aligns with their purpose/business - an agency must register as an agency and an institution must register as an institution.) (c) Attempting to tamper with authentication measures without authorization (d) interfering with the service of another User, including but not limited to introducing a virus, spamming or overloading the site. Violations of the site, system of network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Study In Africa will investigate any such occurrences that may involve any above violations and cooperate with law enforcement officials in prosecuting any involved users.

7. Registration and User Content

Study In Africa is not responsible and will not be liable for the User Content, Document and the accuracy of the information provided by its users on StudyAfrica.org.

By registering with StudyAfrica.org, you will be asked to provide personal information, which will be used to match you with other users on Study In Africa.

Your profile information, except for your last name and your contact information will be visible to all visitors and members of Study In Africa.

Once you build a network with other users of Study In Africa, you can see their full profile information, which contains last names, and contact information and they can see yours.

When schools or agencies on Study In Africa accept your request or send you invite to apply or when you accept their request to apply to their institution, the schools/agencies will have access to your full profile and information

By registering with Edufindme you indicate to agree to such terms. You are solely responsible for your information that you provide in your account and for all posts and messages that you submit or display via Study In Africa.

By posting User Content to StudyAfrica.org, you hereby certify that you have the right to use and post such User Content on Study In Africa. You furthermore warrant that your User Content on

StudyAfrica.org does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.ent on

Study In Africa will not be held liable for your actions and may sue you. You hereby confirm to cover all damages, royalties and fees that may occur due to your User Content displayed on Edufindme.com.

Study In Africa acts as an online network matching and recommending students and educational providers to build networks based on their User Content. Study In Africa uses a matching system and processes its Users Content in order to match its Users and encourages them to build networks with each other.

Study In Africa do check the communication of it users in order to ensure quality on the platform. Study In Africa may review and remove any User Content that stands in conflict with these Terms of Use, is in violation of applicable law, is abusive or violates the rights or safety of other users.

Study In Africa reserves the right to remove any User Content which is in violation of these Terms of Use and to terminate Users' accounts if they are in violation of these Terms of Use.

Study In Africa may take action regarding User Content that it deems necessary in its sole discretion if it believes it to be a possibly liability for Study In Africa.

The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited on StudyAfrica.org. The list is for illustration purposes and is not limited to the following:

User Content that:

  • Violates the intellectual property rights of another person or promotes unauthorized copies of another's copyrighted work; for instance the posting of pirated media or computer programs or links to such;
  • Contains restricted or hidden pages or images;
  • Promotes or endorses any kind of pornographic or lewd materials of any kind;
  • Is abusive, disruptive or offensive or engages in or promotes hatred, threats or bigotry against any group or individual;
  • Incites harassment or involves harassment of any kind towards any group or individual;
  • Provides misleading, defamatory or libellous information;
  • Provides information about or promotes illegal activity such as violating others' privacy, pirating media, disseminating computer viruses, buying or creating weapons or soliciting passwords or other private information from others;
  • Involves the sending of spam, mass messages or junk mail;
  • Promotes or endorses any kind of illegal activity.

8. Assumption of Risk

You, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, agree not to sue and to hold harmless all Study In Africa staff from any claims, demands, liabilities related to any injury, disability or death you may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property to the fullest extent permitted by law, that occur due to using Study In Africa. You further assume all such risks and take full responsibility for your User Content and your actions on Study In Africa or any related service displayed on StudyAfrica.org.

9. Registration and Password

You are responsible yourself for maintaining confidentiality of your Study In Africa Account and password. You agree to immediately inform Study In Africa of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

10. Consent to Electronic Communications and Email Solicitation

When you register for Study In Africa, you agree that we may provide you with information regarding our products and services and to notify you with information regarding your account on StudyAfrica.org.

If you wish not to receive messages from Study In Africa on its products on services, you need to send an email to info@studyafrica.com to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

11. Liability

Study In Africa is not responsible for the content and the accuracy of the information provided by its users. FINDADMISION serves as a place for students and people, working in the field of education to network with each other. The intention for students is to find study abroad options and for agencies and institutions to recruit students via Study In Africa. Though you may delete your account on Study In Africa, Study In Africa is not held liable if users have taken note or a copy of your profile information. Study In Africa will not cover any costs resulting to you due to damages caused by using StudyAfrica.org.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty

Study In Africa does not warrant that StudyAfrica.org will operate error-free, or that it or its servers is free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If you use StudyAfrica.org, the site is not responsible for any damages resulting due to using StudyAfrica.org. Study In Africa serves on "as it is" basis and does not make warranties of any kind, such as completeness, accuracy, reliability, content of the services on Study In Africa and its User Content.

13. No Unauthorized Commercial Use

You agree not to assign or resell your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of Study In Africa.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Study In Africa, its affiliates, employees, staff, agents and directors from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, but not limited to justifiable legal and accounting fees resulting from (a) any User Content provided by you to any Study In Africa Site, (b) your use of any Study In Africa Content, or (c) any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

15. Additional Terms of Use

Certain areas of StudyAfrica.org and the other Study In Africa Sites and Software are subject to additional terms of use. Such sites only affect the ones, who use Study In Africa in a professional manner and don't refer to the use of Study In Africa for students. By using those areas, you agree to apply to those Terms of Use.

16. Termination of Account

The maintenance and termination of your account on Study In Africa is free of charge. You can terminate your account at any time without giving prior notice. Study In Africa reserves the right to expel users from using Study In Africa and to delete accounts with or without prior notice and without liability. If you break any of those terms mentioned in this policy, Study In Africa may delete your account to your own costs.
